How Does This Work?

Schedule your appointment on our website. We come to the property and scan several positions throughout the property. Within 12 to 24 hours, you will receive an email with branded and unbranded embed code for your website as well as MLS compliant direct links to the showcase. 

It takes about 30 minutes per 1,000 square feet. It will take longer if people or pets are present during scanning and are constantly entering the view of the camera.

Our 360 camera is placed in multiple positions throughout the space. In each position, a 360 camera will capture images in 360 degrees. The data is then uploaded into the cloud for processing. It typically takes several hours for the data to be processed and depends on the size of the property. The Model is then available to be shared online with a web link or embedded directly into a website.

People, pets, small children, and other potentially moving persons or objects should be removed from the interior of the area to be scanned or placed in a separate closed-off room. The family or a representative may be present during the session, but they must remain out of view of the camera and any windows, mirrors, and reflective surfaces. In the absence of specific prior instructions, we will use our professional opinion and discretion to compose, stage, and create the finished product.
